I had booked an appartment in your property with the code PUN526 under the booking ID 66541 by the name o[censored]manshu Sharma. The booking period was from 1st January 2020 to 31st January 2020. I also sent a confirmation notice regarding my check-out date on January 2nd which is 30 days prior to the checkout date i.e 31st of January, the Screen Shot of which I have attached with this complaint. I left the property on 31st January and from 2 months till a few days back I've been contacting the oyo life support and talking to the executives regarding the delay in my refund. Now after 3 months my refund has been issued to me which is just ₹3207. My deposit amount was ₹13599 out of which I don't know why rent dedication has been done of ₹7706. I have done all the things as per your policies, still such mistake has been made. In the Refund summary it has been reflected that there has been 17 days delay in the notice/ rent not paid, The attachment of which is attached with the complaint.
