This is Keyur Satra with booking I'd -57896.
I have booked OYO LIFE DEL2058 on 24th November, 2019, starting my moving in date from 1st of December 2019 and this complaint is for oyo life regarding to cancel my booking as they don't have any service or a will, to reply the customer back and to give their security deposit refund back.
With a lot of dissapointment I'm writing this because I mailed them around 6 times and also called around 15 times to their help team in the last 9 days, But didnt receive any satisfying reply and also lies many a times in call and no reply at all from the concerned team, now the trust with Oyo life is deteriorating as they dont have time to reply to a customer, i had a faith in Oyo life but now i don't know.
Its been a lot of days already and I didnt receive my refund of the cancellation booking nor any response from last 9 days, oyo life doesnt have a customer department in, call for cancellation and nor the will or commitment to work for our refunds.
I have a big doubt and an, insecurity with my money with Oyo life and I don't know whether i will get it or not.
