[Resolved] Oyo Life — refund of security not received | |||
Hi, i am chiranshu arora. I stayed at oyo life 1145 hyd from 6 nov to 16th dec, 2019. Its been over a month since i moved out from oyo life and i haven't received my security amount as a refund back yet which is about rs. 6500/-. The policy clearly says that within 15 days of moving out and formalities done away with, the customer will get the refund and nothing of that sort has been done. Rather i have called them 12 times to be exact and one of the times i even got rebuked by one of their helpline workers and recently again kept on hold for about 50 minutes. I have tweeted the issue twice by tagging them and the founder. There have been no replies to my emails which could explain the delay. Every time i have called them, they have asked me to wait more. They basically have cheated me with my money and made me pass through a hell of a time. My money is not secure at all with them. I am attaching my email conversations with them here. I am not left with any other option but to approach here. I hope after all this, you would help me get my refund back and damages for making me suffer mentally and waste my time.
