I would like to inform you that i have transfer amount security deposit amount rs 10, 200 for room booking blr1039 and i didnot check in on 30th january due to my health issues, i have communicated to property manager, oyo life escalation department to refund amount
I have recived an email from oyo life that cancellation of booking fees amount rs 999/- and i have conformed by an email that you can reduce rs 999 from security deposit and remaining amount will deposite into my account
I am calling over phone oyo escalation department to refund amount status since 5 weeks but there is no response from oyo life and oyo escalation department
I am requesting you that please help me to get the my security deposit amount refund into my account
