[Resolved] Oyo Life — security amount not refunded | |||||
I left the property of oyolife sector 17 a on august 31, 2019. As per the company's policy, i should have the full security amount refunded by 7- 14 days but it has been more than a month and an additional week but no money has been refunded yet. I have sent multiple emails and called customer care more than 15 times but they make fake promises to refund my money in 1-2 days but no actions are taken post that. I don't even receive any response on my emails either. Worse, there is nobody taking accountability for refunding my money. This is customer care number - [protected]. I have called several times but no solutions is ever provided by the team. It's been really frustrating and i want full refund of my money and fine for this delay and whole lot of inconvenience like they take when the rent is delayed.
