We had been staying in Oyo Life's PG till January end, after which they shut down the property and asked everyone to vacate the property or relocate to one of their other PGs in the area.They sent a mail informing us about it and also mentioning that they will refund the security deposit within 7-10 days.
However, it's been almost a month now and there is no sign of any refund. We emailed the support team and nobody seems to reply to any o[censored]s. Even on call, they never provide us with a proper answer. I've written to their facebook support team and as usual it's the same answer that I need to wait more.
My booking ID is 65460.Along with me, there are 30 more people who were staying in the PG and haven't received the deposit till now.
