Oyo Living — I had checked out but oyo living is still charging me

I would hereby inform you that i have vacated my room on 26th may 2019. The room keys were handed over to the property manager who had checked the room and got the signature on the form of handover. This was done at 21.00hrs on 26th may 2019.

He had written the check out date as 31st may 2019 saying that it will help me in getting the refund faster. The day when i checked out there was no outstanding bill on my electricity account and it was showing 00 inr to be paid. Now it seems that your team is using the room to the fullest extend and the electricity is still being charged on my account. The electricity bill is not showing -26 inr on my account.

Please explain to me why should i pay for the electricity bill which was 00 when i checked out on 26th and is now showing -26 (When i have not used the room and the keys were long handed over with a signoff on the room too.

Also, i have received a call from oyo billing saying that i need to pay the rent of next month... I had given notice of my checkout well in advance. Though i am authorised to stay in the room until 31st, i checked out on 26th itself and handed over the keys too...

I will go legal against oyo living if you dont rectify your mistakes immediately and if you dont issue me a no dues certificate asap.
