I had booked 2 bhk room online before 5 days. But they dint call me or share me any information about the route or road map to the location. It took me more than 3 hours to reach this location. I spoke to a executive called fabian, he actually never told us any road map. But after reaching here with lot of difficulties, he is sending message stating we dint follow his directions. But we wer continuously following up with him. And after reaching here, the accommodation was not fit for family people, as a group of people wer drinking on the open forum on the ground floor. I suffered a lot because of their negligence that they have not given me the proper information about the location. But we never thought this would be so hectic. The road was so bad that the driver could not move it, coz it was high slope area. Me and my wife (Who was pregnant for a month) and my in laws had to get down and walk for 2 kms. This was the saddest part. The way they portrait is site is good but actually they are not. I had booked for 2 days, but i’m checking out tomorrow itself. Just asking a formal apology would not help.
