[Resolved] OYO — OYO refund policy is fraud I lost 1250+ Rs
Oyo is worst. your refund policies is worst. I asked your customer executive to refund my amount by they refused to refund and give me a statement that it is againt our policies.
i have a genuine reason of cancelling booking.
OYO call executives even dont know about oyo policies and giving statement that refund is against the oyo policies.
Before Booking they promise me to refund 100% amount if hotel manager will not allow me for checkin,

I lost my 1200+ Rs amount because i already paid them before check in.
a complete chat conversion iam uploading with the customer executive.
i also talk on phone with their executives but they said refund is not possible.
i gave them genuine reason that hotel manager refused me for checkin without filling unauthoried form (form about: customer will be responsible if you have been murdered or raped by anyone or anything happen with you inside the hotel room, customer will be responsible).
This means hotel is not proving any safety and security from their side.
hotel manager is asking me to fill the form which will be shared with the local authorities.
Aadhar card is not enough for them, Driving lisence is not enogh for them that form is valueable for hotel staff.
it was my mistake that i paid oyo before checkin.
why i will use OYOrooms to book hotel if i have to fill those forms.
from the next time i will go to hotel and pay for the checkin and will not use oyo again.
hotel staff provided me many more forms: self responsibility form, covid form, declaration form and entry in the register.
if i have to fill all those things why should i use oyo.
i will make youtube video on their fraud refund policies of OYOrooms.
