[Resolved] OYO — you took my money and didn't even provide me a room | |||
Hello all, This is to inform you that when i booked a room in shillong the oyo guys put my paid booking on process and gave it to the person paying a bit more than me who arrived an hour late. They made me stand in the lobby for 2 hrs with my mom and dad. Then i was informed that a booking has never been made at all.. So i asked for a faster refund but they say i have to wait for 7-14 days to get my money. Wow!! Does it take 7-14days for them to take our money?? Even the customer service was terrible. They had no clue what was going on. Friends plz don't use oyo at all they just don't care about your stay and your convenience. Was this information helpful? | |||
