OYO — Oyo tricked us for booking money,I want refund

Hi, I booked a room with Oyo in hotel all in one bidhannagar on 23 Rd July 2022.however on the day of booking, the hotel suddenly told us through Oyo that the property is unavailable and they will move us to a nearby bad property.i didn't agree and after calling to the Oyo reception desk they told us they will refund us the whole amount and booked us a bad rated 2 star room, the receptionist told me to cancel the booking so that I will get the refund, i cancelled, now suddenly my whole amount was deducted as cancellation fee, without any fault of my own, again the room she booked that amount also debited from me and after some time I looked at the property and again called to cancel and they told us to cancel again. I did that, and my money was again deducted as cancellation fee, now almost 1500 rs was deducted without any fault of mine.i want full refund and also they tricked and harrassed me, my two booking ID's are CLAV7372 and LQUG8732, here are the screenshot s where they told they were moving on the day of my booking
