[Resolved]  OYO — Payment done but payment not reflected. Refusing to initiate refund

I have booked a room for 3 Nights on OYO and made an advance payment of 257. They are refusing the success of transaction.

Transaction time: 17:14.
Transaction amount: 257.

I have been ringing them day in and day out but they are just refusing the success of transaction. Please help me out. It's harrassing.
