[Resolved] OYO — payments and refunds | |||
As i have booked the oyo room through paytm website and it was confirmed.. A week ago Once we reached to the hotel and they themselves oyo has cancelled the property. And they said that we have other occupancy that too far away from that place.. And we went there and checked in that is not a good property for a family. So immediately we vacated from that place. And asked for the refund they oyo said contact back source. And i don't know the back source.. Finally i lost the money and vacation plan Everything was collapsed.. Simply they frustrated and never ever seen this much complication with oyo. My booking id is cwzs7185 Was this information helpful? | |||
