Dear sir/mam, Sir, today i had a booking in oyo rooms, which had to be canceled due to my meeting, so please refund my amount which i pay online. I had pay an amount of ₹ 902 and sir, i call your executive desk at least 10 times. But i did not get any response. My call was repeatedly disconnected by your executive. Sir, i am regular customer of oyo i visit oyo regulars. Sir, please have my problem solved so that i am making your customer even further. This time my experience was very bad. But Sir, my money was not refunded and your department promised me that your payment will be refunded within 6 days. But sir, I have not received any refund yet. OYO Rooms customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
