The worst service which i never seen is oyo. I had confirmed the room through the phone call received fro oyo. But when i went to checkin the room, room was not given to me and i had waited nearly 40 minutes with the negative reply from the hotel. They could have already informed me about the problem in giving the room. But it was a great insult to me. The worst service
