[Resolved] Oyo Room — refund not initiated even after 14 days and frequent calling to customer care | |
I made a bookin under the name C H Anil Kumar in OYO 15965 Hotel Nandi Gateway with booking ID ERQT5906. The payment has been made via Amazon Pay. The hotel denied booking and the issue has been escalated to customer care. After few days, they checked with the hotel and they sent mail that refund has been initiated. But till now I haven't recieved the refund and after calling they are making me hold for 50 min, and not replying. Nov 8, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I think consumer complaint forum worked. Kudos for maintaining this type forum.
They addressed the issue immediately, money got credited.
But their oyo customer service is bad, they need to develop better alternative. OYO Rooms customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
