Oyo Room — stayed and checked-out from hotel. afterwards received a message - "booking is cancelled as you did not check-in"

I checked-in to hotel rc residency, hussainpura chowk, amritsar on 1-sep-18 and check-out on 3-sep-18. Got payment receipt through mail.
But after couple of hours received a text message saying - "booking id # is cancelled as you did not check-in to oyo 18599 hotel rc residency"
Even this is not showing in oyo application under bookings option. Whereas my previous oyo stays are listed there.
Why this happened?
