This was the worst hotel experience i ever had. Rooms were dirty and in pathetic condition. It looked like no body stayed there for a long time. We had booked two rooms and both were stinking and covered with fungus. Even though hotel was empty front office kept lying hotel was fully booked. Relentless pleading got us fresh rooms which had dirty linen. All this for a very exorbitantly priced room. We asked for room freshener to make them bearable without any response. We had to light agarbathis to breathe. Rest rooms had flushes which sounded like an airplane taking off everytime you flushed. It was was as if you were watching a horror movie sitting on the cammode. Didnt realise worse was yet to come.in place of bath towels floor mats were kept. We had to check out the second day and we had informed the front office at the time of check in that, we would be checking out late. One hour delay in checking out costed us a extra day tariff for both the rooms. Manager was very un professional and didnt even adhere to our request for a 50% discount for the second day's charge even though we over stayed by 1 hour. I would never step into this place. Nor do i recommend any one even stepping into this place forget staying. Was this information helpful? | |
