Hi Bharat Chaturvedi, i have booked

OYO 13781 Sav Villa, Delhi (Booking ID UGHN4380)

At Safdurjung enclave B block

Guest name Bhanu, Tarun Vardhan and Deepak Mehta

Dates 3rd July -7th July check out

This complaint is against the hotel property (unhygienic environment, worst washroom its like sealing is leaking with dranage water), beds are smelling like anything, ) and also staff is like they dont know how to talk they literally shouting on us specially mr. Sanjay bawara, i have complained about this to oyo from the first day, around 18 times i called there to change room, but there is no response from there end... This is my worst experience with oyo...
This whole trip pf mine is just a wast of money...

I will just say this as this type of service will u continue then know one will use your service...
