Hi, I have booked rooms set by oyo rooms but we didn't get service from that hotel. I booked hotel by oyo application with booking i'd - nyhd2875 Hotel name-peace channel dalhouise Date - 11 july-2019 to 13-july-2019 When we reached out there they said there is no space for you. All are booked and occupied with some other. Hotel management denied to give rooms. Then i booked rooms by counter and tried to call oyo customer service but there is no response from them. Really pathetic service at the end of oyo services. Astonished, how could you so careless & helpless at all. I paid money by debit card but don't know how to get my money back.
