My Oyo booking id was SR7D6821, name of the hotel was oyo flagship 44546 royal holiday, Patna. I prepaid rs 290 on Oyo app, but hotel denied me the check-in. Receptionist at the hotel was asking me to pay rs 1000 more to get the room. He wasn't allowing me to enter the premise of hotel. He said to me that no room is available through Oyo, why did you pay online?
I booked the hotel on 24th June, 2022. I arrived at my destination in evening, while being very tired. Due to the above circumstances, I had to find another hotel. I talked to the Oyo customer executive, she said to me that, your issue has been resolved, oyo will refund my money in 7 to 14 days. But after one month, I am yet to get my refund.
