I had stayed at Oyo Hotel in Sarjapur, Bengaluru on 20th April, 2022. I needed a GST invoice for my stay as this was a business visit. I asked the frontdesk team for the same during checkin. They told me to contact OYO directly to get the same.
During my visit, I had entered my GST details in the app. After my visit, I had requested OYO for my GST invoice. However, despite repeated follow ups, they haven't replied to my emails. Nobody responds to my chat messages and the worst part is, OYO will say that they cannot provide me GST invoice after 4 days, when the month of April is over (since according to their policy, GST invoice needs to be claimed within the month of stay)
It is astonishing how far I have to go to get a GST invoice from Oyo. Please resolve the same at the earliest.
