[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — bad behavior of hotel the alarian residency | |||
I booked one room on 15th July 2018 in The Alarian Residency in sector38. I was supposed to reach there 12:00Pm but due to Oyo wrost customer service and hotel worst work I reached there at 2Pm, because the hotel is not updated on Google maps and that's why ola driver take me to a different location. Then I ask someone where is sector 38 and after confirmation I got to know I was 20 km far away from the hotel the directions are not updated on Oyo app too. Then after struggling and paying a good amount to ola and local auto I reached there in hotel. Then hotel refuse to provide me room. I got number of hotel manager. I talked him over the call he straight away told me I will not provide you room do whatever you want. The exact words are " mere ek room ka kharcha 900 RS h tu muje 800 RS dega. Room h mere pass but tune dunga nahi Jo kar sakta ho kar le. Oyo pe depend nahi hu Mai." These are the words used by your hotel partner. Was this information helpful? | |||
