[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — booking cancellation and no refund initiated

My booking id is jcsw3972. I booked a room for 1 person at hotel aqueens jaipur on 25/8/19. After i reached the hotel, the hotel management didn't accept my booking and said they have an issue with oyo and my booking is not reflecting in their system so will not accept my booking. After that i called oyo assist and they talked to the hotel management but the hotel still denied to accept my booking. The person on phone from oyo assist asked me for another booking but i denied as i didn't want to make the same mistake by booking a room with oyo so i asked for my refund, and the person said they will initiate my refund within 7-14 days. The booking date was 25/8/19 and today is 18/9/19. Its been 24 days niether any refund nor any message or intimation from oyo is generated. But this is not the end if all mess, today i called oyo assist again to ask for the status of the same, they kept me on hold for like 7-8 minutes and hung up the phone.
Like, i booked a room but when i reach the hotel i didn't get the room plus loss of money and heavy headache given by oyo assist and the hotel management. Now, with all the baggage i will have to book another hotel and reach there. This is something which is seriously ridiculous. I can never ever trust oyo for any booking.
I want you guys to generate my refund soon. I'll never going to use oyo anymore. This is seriously disgusting. You guys are not at all sincere for your customers.

I booked rooms in velakkani on[protected], but oyo rooms denied my booking because of financial difficulties facing between oyo and that hotel, I talked to customer care they told me we apologise for inconvenience we will refund ur money but still date I didn't received refund, why I should suffer because o[censored]r problems
