[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — booking cancelled without information | |||
Please refer my booking ID. KOCY0165. This booking was cancelled by OYO without prior information to me and I were to face a lot of problems in early morning at 5:00 A.M. I want to know, why my booking was cancelled without information to me. Then I booked a OYO room in kamal palace (OYO 290). The bed sheets and quilts were having blood stains on them and hairs were also visible on bed sheet and pillow. Rooms were so dirty. There was no wash basin in wash rooms. It was really a worst experience. I want to ask you, don't you visit the actual property site before giving registration. Who is responsible for such a bad experience.
