I booked the whole property for wedding purpose for the month of november. My booking was cancelled without any intimation and now they are saying that they cannot do anything about it. They are saying that we have cancel the booking even though we have not cell and they have taken some other booking on the same dates. It is a wedding related query and i am in a big mess as now i have nothing else to do as i have booked another hotel in the same area thinking that i'll keep all my guest in one particular area. This is the worst experience i had with oyo as the shows complete unprofessionalism and dishonesty in business. Please resolve issue at the earliest and consider as priority.
