[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — booking denied by oyo | |||
It is very horrible relation with OYO. i will never go with OYOin future. I have booked a OYO home (OYOHome 40474 Gratifying Studio) for dates 06-June to 08-June. and already paid complete payment on 25th -may this booking and got booking confirmation from OYO. First of all, it was very difficult to reach hotel, because not any hotel with this name is exist in manali. I booked hotel OYO home gratifying studio but the same thing, not any hotel with this name is exist in manali, approximately after 2 hour struggle finally i reached the destination which was mention in booking confirmation and then i found that the hotel name is different as GANGRI HOMES on the same destination. I asked the owner of the property for my booking, but he denied and said that there is no any booking of your name. I show him confirmation message/booking message but he did not agree and said that I denied OYO home already I can't give my OYO room. I was shocked and helpless because We were 6 members with 3 little children, that time could not decided that where should we have to go. I continue call to OYO customer care but I did't get any solution for that situation and we were completely help less. Again and again I called up the OYO customer care, but they did't take my situation seriously. Then I started search a new accommodation but not found any hotel in manali from 12 PM to 6 PM. because the all hotels was packed due to high rush in manali. I was wandering on road with 2 families and 3 kids. I suffered with my kids and 2 other families. We suffered, we were mentally harassed by OYO. Now I have no any other option for compensation from OYO instead of court case on OYO. As well as we will share our terrible experience with OYO's Managing Director, Chairman, Non-Executive Directors and will ask them (on per hour basis by mail or on call) about this type of lousy services by your cheap officers.
