Hi Team - I am writing this email to escalate an issue to OYO team. I have booked OYO rooms in Skylark on the occasion of my vacation to Munnar(booking id: QZDE0972). But, the hotel partner is saying that his account and connection with OYO is suspended, and check-in was denied. hence I am not issued with the allotted rooms. This is totally unacceptable as I have booked the rooms a week ago and even called up the hotel partner even before booking to confirm my allocation of rooms, to which he has confirmed âyesâ the booking is available. If itâs in suspended status then why on earth I was able to book slots with the hotel on OYO. This looks like a real scam between OYO and the hotel partner. To know this at the very last minute before check-in is so frustrating and ridiculously spoiling my mood. I have my family with me and I am unable to book any hotel as all are already occupied. I have been trying to reach out to your CUSTOMER care and which is handled by a bunch o[censored]seless bots which displays the same ### messages again and again. Since, OYO is a reputed hotel booking partner and seems like I have misjudged it. I need my booking amount back along, more than money it is the trust thatâs broken as I have been a regular CUSTOMER with the OYO.
