Hi i have booked a oyo room in mumbai oyo 1838 for 2 nights from 10th-12th dec 6 days prior to checkin date When i reached oyo i was denied booking, o my surprise when i caled customer service they simple told we will just shift to othr oyo & book other with whatever current package is available Firstly who is going to bear the discomfort which has be faced Second person book hotel taking into consideration the schedule, area location where he want to stay Third at late evneing around 9.00pm-10pm how do we manage the transportation which we need to bear to shfit to hotel Fourth, even after i holded the customer line for more thjan 50 minutes i was unable to get a confirmatin from customer team on the hotel Is this nsimpple to say to customer to shift hotel, book other hotel, etc is it not the aggregator reponsibolity to arrange a room or provide upgrade on existing charges Was this information helpful? | |||

As per the company status they have sent the refund, but as the amount was not credited, i asked the bank about it, which they say have no information about, it is really frustrating as the amount was about 2095 inr, i am looking to file a complain against the company in consumer court.
