[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — booking issues | |||
Hi, , I booked a room for my parents in elegant hotel, hotel Rahul and hotel VISTA Inn. Once I reached there with my parents, hotel staff said there is no availability. It happened with the three hotels same night. My father was hospitalised and I thought it would be a good experience at oyo rooms. It's a worst nightmare. I have to face I have to go dost to drop with my parents after booking and they said talk to oyo people as there is no availability. I will go to consumer court and higher court . I have faced a lot. Spent a lot on cab.. father is a patient and it was very inconvenient. Was this information helpful? | |||
