I have booked 2 rooms in oyo 27961 miss america group of houseboats from 21st dec 2019 to 24th dec 2019. When i reached hotel the hotel guy is said they don't have internet so your booking is not paid booking so you need to pay entire amount even though i paid whole amount in advance. So that i called customer care and paid whole amount again to hotel guy. The oyo customer care said the amount will refunded to my account. I called them several times and every time they saying that amount will be deposited in my account 7 to 14 days. Till now i didn't received my amount.
