[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — cancelation and refund money | |||
I had booked one OYO rooms for 2 days at OYO 9840 Salome Resorts, Munnar. Booking ID- LZWS3924 Later i canceled one night before 30 hours of check in time. After the stay, OYO representative told me the cancelation amount of Rs 1437 will credit to my bank account within 14 working days. I didn't get the amount even after 1 month. As per OYO, i contacted my bank customer care center and they told me bank didn't get the money from OYO rooms.. See, its been 3 months since i m following the fraud OYO rooms for my refund money. Whenever i send a mail, they didn't respond to it. I need my refund money. I have no other way. Help me. Customers, please dont use OYO rooms. They will steal your wallet and time.
