[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — canceled in time card still charged no refund

My name is adam beck i made a reservation cancel in time even showed up to the property they still took my money wouldn't refund it even claim that they didn't charge my card when they finally admitted they did was told by booking.com oyo booking and the motel that i was going to receive a refund i've been told you i wasn't going to receive a refund by booking.com although they finally made it right and now i'm just waiting on oyo
