[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Cancellation charges refund issue

I booked a hotel with booking ID : B2TC1996 in OYO. The hotel denied my checking asking for local id proof and the hotel guy told me to cancel booking. After cancellation, they charged my entire payment as cancellation charges. I tried to call them many times. They will say transferring call but no use. No refund.
