I book hotel oyo room hotel city guest house mumbai throw booking.com... All messge and mail getting from oyo... While i need to cancel as my wife have local address proof.. Hotel will not allow... So need to cancel room... While calling oyo... They are telling we can't cancellation.. So told give me booking.com number.. Out of 5 3 people refuse to give and 2 people given number that is not valid... Really bad exp with oyo... Will inform in net also so peole can know about oyo and booking...
