[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — cancelled my booking stating that hotel is occupied

How can a hotel be occupied after you guys confirm my booking that too a day prior to my check in and provided another which is no longer providing the oyo service. Its my sincere request from you guys kindly update your hotel list of jaipur as many of hotel are not accepting booking from your application. We faced a big issue you changed my stay fr one hotel to another hotel and other hotel also not accepting your booking my check in time was 12.00 but due to you guys i have to check in at 1.00 that too without oyo app directly from hotel reception as they no longer provide oyo services.
My booking id was
Owpn6953 in which you changed the hotel
Other where oyo service not provided are itof6342 and xbvc9342 hotel green lagoon and last booking id where they not accepted also is mypc0817
These all booking were made for single day. Can you imagine i have to make so many just to stay for a day and still your call operator are soo rude and unhelpful
Please update your list so near future we don't face same issue again.
Your service are decreasing day by day.

I booked a hotel from oyo for 4 nights . I booked double bed room but hotel show me single bed room for my booking. I called to oyo CustomerCare & talk with senior. Senior commit me he will change the property & no amount pay by you but my account shows 4900 approx paid to hotel extra. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.
