[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Careless oyo service and poor management | |||||
I booked room in Bangalore via oyo rooms booking I'd QFSR5924. The booking was cancelled by the hotel, and I was not informed by the hotel and neither by oyo people through which I booked. I came to know when I reached the hotel, and there was no room. I had a senior citizen with me. It was very annoying. Why do we book online so that we don't have any problem when we reach there, and you destroyed that very point. My sincere advice to oyo is, if you don't have proper coordination with the hotel then don't include it in your list. Don't just blindly expand your business. I am really disappointed and annoyed with your service. Probably I won't use oyo again because there is no point. Was this information helpful? | |||||
