Dear sir, We booked one room from 11 dec to 14 dec, 2018 in oyo 20030 flagship japee hospital.in noida, up. India Now a day before of stay they sent a message/sms as under:- . Hi achint, Due to unavoidable circumstances, we need to change your booking to another hotel. Now my complaints is as under :- How can oyo rooms company, changes hotel which we already booked for those dates and asked and pressure us to change/shift to another hotel. I m say in oyo 14710 hotel pallvi palace rooms in delhi. They are sell high rate of bottel in room . We are buy 4 bottles that rate in hotel 25 ruppes per bottle. This is the very high rate compared to the market. Market selling price 20 ruppe. I request to oyo please action on the hotel
