[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — cheating in booking rooms

I had worst experience with hotel booked through oyo. I was looking for hotel for my daughter to stay on 19.02.19. Through website i inquired for a hotel named oyo 19728 pushkar regency on phone number [protected]. Then started my painful journey of lies and false promises.
1. It was told that 24 hours check out but it was 12 noon. As i checked in at 2300 hrs it was not good for me.
2. I asked for hotel near to bus stand (As girls were reaching late) and they recommended hotel manali mantra & confirmed that it is withing 1 km. Actually it was much far.
3. They confirmed & reconfirmed that it was clean good hotel with good facilities but they found hair on bad sheet, geyser not working properly, no other facilities, etc.
4. Oyo charged rs. 984 for a night from me but other occupants on the same day were charged about rs. 650 for a day as observed from the data there.
5. No room heater
6. Kettle was smelling bad.
Fortunately, as caution, i booked only for a day and so vacated the next day. I request money back from oyo as sorry gives me nothing and it is superficial explanation.
