Oyo Rooms — check in denied faced lot of issues

I have filed a complaint in national consumer docket no 1413085 due to I faced lot of issues when I was check in Oyo 24094 sunshine grand at evening 6 clock on 22nd June 2019 this hotel Front desk people are very rude with me I felt very bad was traveling with my old aged person with 2 kids hotelier was asking us to pay extra amount of 7000 for 2 days check inn and check out other than the booking amount or else asking us to speak with Oyo customer care. After calling Oyo executives more than 5 times they just disconnecting the call frequently and no one helped me at the time and at last after 5 hours struggling. I was shifted to Oyo 19910 Hotel Sapphire Paradise Ooty in same booking id DIZB2743 at 11 pm .This hotelier refused to give water bottles and breakfast I faced big issues in this Oyo room I want to complain about this too and next day 23rd June check inn and 24th check out shifted to capital O 41999 booking ID DYCG9256. This hotelier denied my check inn and told that he didn’t receive any conformation mail from Oyo after big problem. I just move to private property with cost of 4500 and other day I just cancelled capital o to expect my refund there was zero totally that trip was not good at all due to Oyo and sunshine grand I need my money back. Even my old age parents faced health issues regarding sunshine grand and Oyo executives totally that trip was totally damaged I need my money back with compensation already I complained in consumer and aim going to publish this in social websites too having lot of evidence against this…..on July 1st i have filed this but no response from oyo
On 2nd July 2019 I just spoke with female Manager she told me that that she will initiate the amount for both booking ids but i got message from oyo for one booking this sis not acceptable what i faced issue in check inns i need for both booking amounts refund already i got call from national consumer to file a case in court aim having every evidence with me and the way of customer support is not all good
I have called executives more than 35 times no one is responding properly simply telling will transfer the call to Senior officials and holding the call for more than 30 mints and disconnecting frequently even i send mails to oyo before 25 days still they have not responded at all this oyo group trying to loot money from customers and cheating blindly
