[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — complaint against customer service oyo

My booking id is fipn0527 i extended my stay in hala residency ernakulam, by paying extra, whr i was asked to give rating on oyo app which i gave by highlighting the issue... Whrin the owner denied my extention coz i gave honest feedback... And oyo did not give any resolution whn i called them... You put fake rating on oyo app... Honest rating is not accepted by your so called 100% controlled hotels
