Dear Sir/Madam,

I have stayed in OYO 18573 Smg George on 03/06/ 2019.
Water was not available all day in the hotel, also the AC was not properly working.
I rated the hotel accordingly, the manager of the hotel called me to ask that why i rated the hotel so low, and then he threatened me to not book is hotel again.

My booking ID was ISUV0936
