We booked 1 room double accupancy room which is booking ref booking id: arxf5720 Check-in - 18th dec'18 23:57 hrs. (Oyo hotel qlark) bed was not prper, water was not available in washroom full night and next day morning also water.in morning i ask reception about hot water for bath and other use around 10am in morning. Finally got 2 buckets hot water around 11.50 am. I am service team for fresh towels he is fresh towels not available he given me 2 hand towels for body cleaning after bath. We ask breakfast for 2 person in manu aalu - puri and bread toste. But service guy given 1 plant aalu - puri only say bread toste not available. We got lots of issue whole night too much noise.
