I booked a room in OYO from Dec 22nd to 25th 2019. In spite of no room availability, OYO still accepted the booking and charged the amount. Later I was asked to check-in to another substandard hotel.
I had to refuse for the same as I felt the new hotel which was recommended was quite unsafe.
I spoke to the customer care and the representative ensure complete refund as I haven't checked -in and also since the fault was not at my end. But there is no update yet and the only half amount has been processed.
I have already raise the complaint on 22nd Dec, 23rd Dec, 26th Dec 13th Of jan 2020 and so many timesin oyo customer care, the deadline periode for the resolutions is 14 days, already 30 days crossed as on 21/01/2020 still no complete resolution provided and now team has denied my call.
They fraud me and now harassing me to not giving me refund. Was this information helpful? |
