I had confirmed my booking with oyo on 23 oct at 7p. M for date 23 (Checkin)-24 (Check out) oct 2018 i reached on 24th oct early morning 6a. M then they denied checkin saying some rooms have water issues and other rooms are full then they dint give other rooms then i had to wait for 2hrs to get a room in other hotel i had to call 10 - 15 times to get a room in other hotel i had booked in that hotel because of location and i wanted same nearby location but they gave me other location which was 2 kms away from the hotel i booked

Updated by vins.ahuja this is not the first time they did this to me even when i had booked a room in kolkata they did the same thing and made me wait 1 hr at the airport and the customer support person asked me to rate 5 star on app store and gave ₹100 wallet balance for doing it
