[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — customer inconvenience for hotel booking

I recently booked through booking id rknt9835 @ oyo 6425 comfort corporate homes estancia, chennai from 23-26 jun, 2018. It was booked 1 month back (21 may) and i got a confirmation from oyo team however when i reached the place, the front desk manager told booking is not there as all rooms are sold out. They told they had informed oyo team via a mail 19 jun and your team also acknowledged the mail. The only difference in no one called me to inform the same to me. I came here 6 hours drive from bangalore only to realize this. I came here for my son admission to srm and was extremely inconvenienced both from time, money and stress point of view. The help line did token service by telling they are sorry. Hope you can take it up with oyo team and give us the service that we expect from such a great and prestigious brand like you.
