Oyo Rooms — delay in receiving security money back from oyo life

I left oyo life room in sector 122 noida last august on the 10th and was promised to receive the security money back within 10 working days. It is october and i am yet to receive the amount.
I have tried to communicate with the multiple email ids they have provided me and have gotten no response. It would be really kind if you let me know the status of the security amount asap.

Updated by zorawar singh jamwal 122 Almost one month since this and i am still to receive the money. I even got the email saying it will be transferred in 7 days. But nothing happened.
Is there an issue here? I would like to know the problem as this is being dragged for three months now.
Please help.
