Booked initially on MMT. I thought it is going to be GOOD EXPERience but it tured into worst experience.. So I want to delete my account permanently.. I called them 3times kept me on hold for morethan 18 minutes and hand up on me. OYO hotels are scam.. They list every hotel which fall under low standards with fake photos and fake hotel facilities list.. Before listing some ### hotels they should really check whether they meet certain standards or not.. After listing from time to time they've to send people to random hotels to check whether they're maintaining standards or not if not they should remove that perticular hotel from OYO groups of hotels without any further due.. You guys failed to give each and every customer GOOD EXPERience..
There should be option for customers to delete their account on their own.. No proper email to contact or phone number.. Customer support supervisor told me that she is talking only hotel check in refuse calls.. So what about other?? Are we paying money for staying/stayed or for free? Was this information helpful? |
