[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — denial to provide rooms in spite of booking for 2 days | |||||
We had booked rooms at oyo 3588 sanjivani resort for 2 nights, booking no. Ptlc3501 through oyo rooms which was confirmed vide email, sms & a telephonic call from oyo on the day of checkin. However when we reached at hotel reception, we were informed that rooms will be allotted for 1 day only which is unethical & extremely unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone to book through oyo. Was this information helpful? | |||||
