Hotel name :peninsula hotel resorts
When i visited the hotel, reception person denied check in and told that booking was not done.
Even for the refund also not processed.
After communication with oyo customer care also my issue still not resolved yet.
I am not able to communicate through app. Customercare persons holding the phone call more than 20 minutes, after that disconnected automatically. Was this information helpful? |
